Our Story
Juggling two jobs, raising a little girl, and building a mobile bar business is no easy task—but add in the desire to throw your daughter epic birthday parties, and it quickly becomes overwhelming. The time, money, and effort that go into a one-and-done party can feel exhausting… not to mention all the waste. I kept asking myself: Why isn’t there an easier way? Why can’t I just borrow beautiful décor instead of buying everything new? And how is tossing all this stuff away good for the environment? The answer was simple...it’s not.
I knew I couldn’t be the only parent who felt this way. That’s when the idea for Pink Pony Party was born. We already had a mobile bar, so I thought, how hard could it be to add party rental packages? The truth? HARD. Countless hours, sleepless nights, and more stress than anyone should take on—but I’ve never been one to shy away from hard work.
And so, Pink Pony Mobile Events came to life: a place where families can find support, rent amazing décor, and celebrate in style without the stress—or the waste. What started as a way to create magical birthdays for my daughter has grown into a passion for helping others celebrate life’s milestones in a more meaningful, sustainable, and joyful way.
Sarah helped a dear friend plan her wedding from start to finish and instantly caught the “wedding bug.” She had been planning fancy galas for years, but this was her first wedding—and it sparked a whole new passion.
Left a high-profile career in the casino world, planning corporate events, galas, and travel to move to Savannah, GA—ready to start a family and build a future in this beautiful historic town.
Eager to make her mark in Savannah, Sarah accepted a role as a Lifestyles Director, planning large community events and celebrations. It was here the idea for something bigger began to take shape.
Invited to assist at a local wedding venue, coordinating high-volume weddings from start to finish. This experience deepened her love for weddings and built valuable connections in Savannah’s wedding market.
The world shifted, and celebrations came to a halt. Instead of slowing down, Sarah dove into education, earning certifications as a Wedding Specialist and Timeline Expert, while laying the foundation for her brand.
Purchased a hot pink horse trailer and, with the naming help of her 3-year-old daughter, launched the Pink Pony Bar—and Pink Pony Mobile Events was officially born.
Introduced pre-made party rental packages for weddings and celebrations. (It wasn’t easy behind the scenes—but effortless for clients, just as it should be!)
Added Wedding Planning services on a limited basis, ensuring each couple receives the time, attention, and commitment they deserve.
Created magical weddings, meaningful celebrations, and continued to expand Pink Pony Mobile Events as a trusted name in Savannah’s event community.

That’s why I started Pink Pony mobile events to take the stress off your shoulders and give you the chance to truly be present for the moments that matter most.
